You can return any unwanted item(s) within 30 days and we will happily arrange an exchange or refund for you.

After 30 days and up to two months, we will accept a return for a credit.

It is your responsibility to cover the cost of and arrange shipping the item(s) back to us.

Returned items are to be unused, complete and with all original packaging. Please include a copy of your order confirmation/invoice with the returned items.

Once your return is received, we will then issue a refund / store credit voucher. 

Refund shall made to customers only in the event the payment had received by Honoroast for the Product. Upon the verification and assessment of the Products done by Honoroast and the documents relating thereto, the refund amount for such Products which are eligible for return as per the terms of this Policy, will be processed within 48 (forty eight) hours from the date of receiving the returned Product back at our Stores. 100% Refund will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by Honoroast are fulfilled, such as the Product being returned in original condition, along with the price tag intact including original packaging of the Product, the brand outer packaging of the damage or defective or inaccurate Product and all accessories therein is intact. For the sake of abundant clarity, it is clarified that Honoroast shall not make any refund in respect of a Product that is deemed ineligible for a refund based on our verification and assessment.

Honoroast do not make any cash refunds. The amount will be refunded to customers within 7 (seven) working days into the original mode
of payment chosen by customer (Net Banking) or Honoroast provides customer with credit for the product’s value, along with applicable fees. This credit shall use for future retail purchases. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries may take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, customer may contact Honoroast.

For incorrectly delivered items or damaged upon receipt/in transit we will arrange to collect and exchange.

For warranty claims in the Qatar, we will collect and repair, or replace your item. For products sold outside the Qatar, the warranty is a back-to-base warranty.
